Liquid Gases such as Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argon are produce in large quantities at air separation. Whereas, the liquid Carbon Dioxide typically is recovered and purified from a variety of alternative sources such as ammonia and hydrogen plants.

Application:

  • Widely used for industrial and medical purposes for breathing

Application:

  • Used in the semiconductor industry as a shielding gas in produce crystal silicon processed known as crystal pulling)
